Delivery Options (UK Mainland)
Standard Delivery (Evri) - £3.50
- UK MAINLAND ONLY (excludes Highlands & Islands)
- A fully tracked service with a delivery time frame of between 5 to 7 working days
- Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.75
- Tracked 48 delivery service with up to a 5-7 Working Day Service when placing an order before 12pm (not guaranteed)
- Orders placed after 12pm for Tracked 48 service on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Excludes Bank Holidays
- Excluding Highlands & Islands where this can be up to 5-7 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99
- Tracked 24 delivery service with up to a 3 Working Day Service when placing an order before 12pm (not guaranteed)
- Orders placed after 12pm for Tracked 24 service on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Excludes Bank Holidays
- Excluding Highlands & Islands where this can be up to 5-7 working days.
Next Working Day Service DPD (1-2 working day service) - £5.99
- Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday qualify for a 1-2 working day service (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)
- Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Excludes Bank Holidays
- This is not a guaranteed service
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Lulu Bella Boutique with your tracking number and a link to track your parcels journey.
For all DPD orders, DPD will contact you directly via email and/ or SMS to update you and provide you with a 1 hour delivery window of which cannot be changed. You are able to change your preferred delivery method in-flight to leave with a neighbour, in a safe place, drop off at a parcel shop or deliver another day. Please do not contact us with your delivery instructions as we are not able to pass them to the courier.,
Refunds
Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed, or delivery is missed for the following reasons:
- The courier has attempted delivery but has unfortunately missed you.
- The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Unable to locate your address
- Incorrect address provided
Orders Delivered To A Neighbour Or Safe Place
If you request for your order to be delivered to a safe place or with a neighbour, this is done at your own risk and we are not liable for any issues that may arise out of this.
